Exchange for Damaged or Defective Items
If your Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll gladly exchange it for a replacement at no extra cost.
To process your exchange, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
Exchanges are only valid for unused items in their original condition.
Exchanges for Personalised or Custom Orders
Because our Products are often custom-made or engraved, we unfortunately cannot accept exchanges or returns for the following reasons:
Change of mind
Incorrect personalisation details (spelling, dates, etc.) provided by the customer
Please double-check your order details before confirming.
Non-Custom Products
If your Product is not personalised, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
A small courier or handling fee may apply.
Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Processing Time
All standard (non-custom) orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
Personalised or custom-engraved Products require 1-2 working days for production before shipping, depending on order volume.
We’ll notify you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted when placing your order.
Free delivery may apply to orders within the TEKS area.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.We’ll gladly arrange an exchange or replace at no additional cost.(See our Exchange Policy for more details.)
