1. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

If your Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We’ll gladly exchange it for a replacement at no extra cost.

• To process your exchange, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

• Exchanges are only valid for unused items in their original condition.
  

2. Exchanges for Personalised or Custom Orders

Because our Products are often custom-made or engraved, we unfortunately cannot accept exchanges or returns for the following reasons:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect personalisation details (spelling, dates, etc.) provided by the customer

Please double-check your order details before confirming.

3. Non-Custom Products

If your Product is not personalised, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

• A small courier or handling fee may apply.

• Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• All standard (non-custom) orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

• Personalised or custom-engraved Products require 1-2 working days for production before shipping, depending on order volume.

• We’ll notify you once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted when placing your order.

• Free delivery may apply to orders within the TEKS area.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.We’ll gladly arrange an exchange or replace at no additional cost.(See our Exchange Policy for more details.)
